Supporting him and showing him of your appreciation to his hobbies will make him feel important at home, sans the need for other peers to appreciate on what he’s doing.
If he loves music, try spending some time shopping on your favorite department stores in the locality for some musical instruments. He may love an electric guitar or a bass. Though these instruments are quite costly, try getting one that is equipped with some of the latest features of an electric guitar today. Do away from those with very expensive tags. You can also get him an Ipod Nano. Some of the guys love electronic gadgets as well such as the Nano as they can store a lot of their favorite songs in the gadget. On the other hand, if he is one tech savvy guy or one who loves to spend hours longer in an internet café gaming with his friends, then it’s high time to shop for some gaming laptops under 500.
There are actually a lot of gaming laptops under 500 in the market today due to the increased competition in this arena. You can go for an Acer for a sleek look, an Alienware for a foreign beauty, a Lenovo for a simply sophisticated look, or a Toshiba for an exotic appeal. Whichever gaming laptop you may choose, just make sure to ask for the specific features that the laptop can offer. Focus more on its memory, speed, connectivity capability, and other add-ons like longer battery life. You can also ask his friend to come with you for the shopping.
Lastly, it is always the parent’s duty to support the good hobbies and qualities of their children. A show of support and words of appreciation are more important than material things.
